# Lemonado for agencies

> Keep client work separate and reuse your team's skills and templates.

An agency workspace holds your team and your clients. Each client has its own data, brand, chats, reports, and routines.

## Set up your agency

Create an **Agency** workspace, then add your first client's company name and website.

Use the client switcher at the top of the left menu to move between clients or return to the agency overview.

## Use the agency overview

The overview holds the tools shared across your agency:

* **Home** shows your clients and work that needs attention.
* **Shared connectors** manages sources your agency uses across clients.
* **Ad syncs** shows whether client ad data is arriving.
* **Templates** keeps reusable report, dashboard, and slide layouts.
* **Skills** keeps the workflows your team can reuse.

Click the gear icon to update your agency brand and instructions.

## Prepare a client

1. Connect their marketing sources.
2. Review their Brand and Memory.
3. Create reports and dashboards in Studio.
4. Set up **Routines** for regular checks and updates.
5. Share reviewed results through their **Portal**, if included in your plan.

  Give teammates access only to the clients they work on. Owners and admins can manage this under **Settings → Members** in the profile menu.
